SECTION 5 – JEWELLERY INFORMATION

Kinsey Atelier offers jewelry products made using materials and specifications described on the respective product pages.

Where a product is described as 925 sterling silver, it refers to sterling silver containing 92.5% silver, subject to applicable product specifications and manufacturing standards.

Some products may contain gemstones, plating, coatings, or other materials as specifically described in their product listing.

Customers should follow any care instructions provided with their jewelry. Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, oxidation, accidental damage, improper handling, exposure to chemicals, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, or other environmental factors may affect the appearance or condition of jewelry.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS AND BILLING INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, incorrectly priced, duplicated, or placed for resale or commercial distribution without our authorization.

We may limit quantities purchased per customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address.

If we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order, including your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and shipping information.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping and contact information is accurate. Kinsey Atelier may not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for your purchase.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and order confirmation from Kinsey Atelier.
